1. A licensed veterinarian must check all puppies within 72 hrs. from the time of pick up to activate this agreement. No exceptions!
2. Breeder guarantees this puppy is in good health as stated by a local veterinarian, and has received required vaccinations and dewormings while in breeders care.
3. All responsibilities of the puppy/dog are released at the time of purchase; ALL FUTURE LIABILITIES AND VETERINARIAN BILLS WILL BE THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY.
4. Minor health problems that can be cured by medication or surgery are not covered by any guarantee. Additionally, I do not guarantee against accidents, abuse, or neglect.
5. Seller does not guarantee against any common problems such as diarrhea, wormy stools, coccidiosis, ear mites, external parasites, stress due to shipping or new home. Other minor problems are not covered under this guarantee and are the responsibility of the buyer.
6. All puppies are sold as pets only. We can not guarantee adult size, conformation, color, fertility, or trainability. We do nto charge show dog prices and we do not guarantee that you are buying a show dog. Under no circumstances is the breeder to be held responsible for puppies actions or temperament. The purchased puppy/dog was bred for good temperament, but the breeder can not be responsible for the actions of others in the upbringing of the puppy/dog.
~~REPLACEMENTS WILL ONLY BE MADE IF ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE MET!~~
1. The dog/puppy is declared to be in life threatening condition by a participating licensed veterinarian within 72 hrs. of pick up, and written report by D.V.M. is submitted to seller within 72 hrs. of pick up. All AKC paperwork must be returned with the dog.
2. If the puppy dies within 72 hrs., you must have followed your D.V.M.'s advice and have a necropsy performed (at buyer's expense) by your state lab and provide seller a copy of the report.
3. All returned dogs must be accompanied by a letter on formal business letterhead from a licensed veterinarian stating the reason for the return.
4. If the puppy dies, you must have followed your D.V.M.'s advice and have a necropsy performed (at buyer's expense) by your state lab and provide seller a copy of the report.
5. All replacements will be made upon availability and for the same value, unless the buyer pays the difference. NO CASH REFUNDS! If a puppy is replaced, the expense of the shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
6. Seller is responsible for all congenital defects up to 12 months of age. If the seller is told of any congenital defects after 12 months of age, seller is not responsible for that defect. Seller will not be responsible for medical treatment to cures such abnormalities. If a hereditary problem is found withing the first 12 months of the dogs life, the buyer may return the dog at their expense for a replacement of another dog of equal value. The necessary vet documents must accompany the dog when returned.
THERE IS NO ORAL REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTIES NOT CONTAINED HEREIN. THIS CONTRACT OF SALE CONTAINS THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN PARTIES. ALL IMPLIED GUARANTEES ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED. This contract will be considered null and void if not signed by both the Buyer and the Seller.
If you have read this thoroughly and agree, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required to hold a puppy. The remainder must be paid in cash on or before the pick up date. There are no refunds of deposits unless something happens to the puppy while in our care. NO EXCEPTIONS!
